Mobile Service
I offer a mobile service, I can meet you at your home or workplace or at another suitable location. See below for details of some of the locations I use for therapies and meetings. You can also see me at the Bohemian on Fridays. Click here for more information.

Holistic Therapies
I practise holistic therapy. Holistic means that I treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. For example, if I visit you at your home to treat the RSI you suffer from in your wrists and hands, I'll also help you to find and tackle the cause of your problem (which may involve me having a look at the way you sit at your computer). If you're suffering from stress, as well as offering relaxing treatments I'll also help you to manage your stress. I've been practising yoga for many years, so if you have a physical condition that is made worse by poor posture I may be able to teach you some stretches to improve your condition. I may give you breathing exercises or we may do some meditation. Experience has taught me that the most effective treatments are the ones that are the most pleasurable, and what is pleasurable changes from person to person and varies with time. Therefore, each treatment is unique, and a TREAT. Follow the link below for a list of therapies. This list gives an idea of the type of therapies I can offer, but one treatment may include different therapies depending on your requirements. My TREATments can help you relax, sleep, give you energy, make you more supple and flexible, increase your concentration or alleviate pain.

I'm a practical and down-to-earth person but I have nurtured my spiritual side too. As a scientist I understand the different types of energy; if I had the proper equipment I could measure them! As a therapist I've trained myself to be aware of these energies on a spiritual and instinctive / intuitive level, enabling me to work with them.

In the Workplace
I've developed my Indian Head Massage technique to be effective in 15 minutes, perfect for workplace treatments! And I don't leave people feeling sleepy and unable to work! I offer stress management advice and can assist with ergonomics (how to arrange desks, equipment etc to protect the user). I can also give advice on sick building syndrome, chemical exposures and hazards, occupational hygiene and health and safety.

Healing Parties
Why not throw a healing party? Give your guests a TREAT and hold a party to remember!

I can visit you and your friends at your party and give everyone a TREATment, or we can do some group meditation.

Business Cards etc
I offer design and print solutions for business cards and stationery etc., particularly aimed at the small business or sole trader who wants their business cards and stationery to get them noticed and give the right impression but doesn't want to purchase hundreds at a time. Watch this space for some examples of my work.

Gift Vouchers
If you'd like a gift voucher, I'll present it for you in a decorated envelope with a leaflet that contains no prices. The voucher may state on it, for example "this voucher entitles the bearer to a 30 minute holistic therapy treatment at a suitably convenient time and location". You can order a voucher and I can post it to you as soon as payment has cleared.

Workshops
Introductory workshops and more in-depth courses. Unlock the masseuse inside, learn some techniques and gain the confidence to develop your own skills.

Prices
My standard prices for holistic therapy TREATments is £20 for 30 minutes, £30 for an hour, £40 for 1.5 hours etc. £5 extra for aromatherapy. I am occasionally able to offer 15 minute treatments for £8-10, these are usually at day events. But I may be interested in a service or product trade. For example, if you're an electrician, plumber or even a window cleaner and you'd like a treatment please call me!

The cost of designing business cards begins at £25 but depends on your requirements. For example, it would cost more if you want me to visit you and take some photographs with a digital camera to use in the design, or if you would like some original, hand drawn artwork.

Insurance
I have public liability insurance and am insured for aromatherapy and massage therapies with cover for any aromatherapy or skin care products I sell.

Affordable Art
I've been experiencing a creative time of late and I'm selling my paintings. They're abstract and you can get them from under £5! Follow the link below to see an example (I'm afraid the picture doesn't really do it justice). You can see and purchase some of them from the Bohemian now, and from the Airy Fairy for 2 months beginning the 7th October 2007. The paintings are double sided so you get 2 in one! They're painted on clear acetate so you can see the side that was painted and the "back". Please contact me if you'd like to order some paintings of a specific size or colour, or if you'd like them mounting in a particular colour.
